Ukrainian drones attack Nizhnekamsk refinery, two killed
Ukrainian drones attacked the industrial zone of Nizhnekamsk in Tatarstan overnight into September 13, killing two people. On those same days, Russian forces struck Ukrainian cities, causing deaths and injuries.

On the morning of September 5, a strike on an industrial enterprise in Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, killed four people and wounded five. On September 10, a Russian drone strike on Pavlohrad in the same oblast killed five people and wounded 67. Overnight into September 12, strikes on Odesa, Zaporizhzhia and Kryvyi Rih killed at least three people and wounded at least 30. On the evening of September 12 and overnight into September 13, attacks on Kyiv Oblast, Odesa Oblast and Mykolaiv wounded two people in a strike on a Nova Poshta branch.
